Located in the west of the cosmopolitan town of Agios Nikolaos on a hill overlooking the bay and the town, this is an exclusive gated and walled estate just a short drive from the centre of Agios Nikolaos town and several sandy beaches.

The beautiful and historic town of Agios Nikolaos (Saint Nicholas) is the capital of the Lasithi prefecture and a busy seaside resort that attracts many visitors from all over the world. Famous for the spectacular bottomless lake, it has a lively port area, a marina, some fantastic beaches and all the shops and facilities of a major city. Agios Nikolaos is located in eastern Crete, on the western shore of the Gulf of Mirabello. The microclimate is one of the best in Greece and the temperate temperatures rarely exceed 30°C in summer and rarely fall below 15°C in winter.
