The village of Xirokampi (also Xirоkambi) is a quiet residential area popular with tourists with a handful of houses and villas, about 5 km from the beaches of Maleme and Gerani. The village has many hiking experiences to offer its visitors, while amenities such as tavernas and restaurants can be found in the surrounding villages. Chania is only a 20-minute drive away and access to the airport is quick and easy via the motorway. The village is known for its views of the White Mountains and the sea.
