A 1.500 m² hotel on a 3.300 m² plot, built on a hill, with breathtaking panoramic views, just 200 meters from the well-organized beach of Stalos and 7 km from the center of the beautiful city of Chania.
The hotel consists of 30 fully equipped suites, divided into three types: either with panoramic views of the sea or of the garden/mountains, spread over 3 floors.
The first floor consists of six single apartments (up to three people – 25 m²), four double apartments (up to three people – 35 m²) and two storage rooms. The smaller one is used for storing maintenance equipment, the larger one as a laundry room.
On the second floor there is 1 three-room suite (up to 6 people – 50 m²), 1 one-room suite (up to 2 people – 25 m²) and 8 two-room suites (up to 3 people – 35 m²).
On the third floor there is 1 three-room suite (up to 6 people – 50 m²), 1 one-room suite (up to 2 people – 25 m²) and 8 two-room suites (up to 3 people – 35 m²).
The building has an elevator connecting all floors, from the roof to the basement. The basement houses an underground parking garage and the pool's technical equipment. The roof can be used as a roof garden, where a swimming pool could be built.
All suites are fully equipped with beds, mattresses and pillows, softer mattresses, bed linen, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table, minibar, safe, television, telephone, air conditioning, bathroom with bathtub or shower.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped and organized reception, a furnished lobby area with satellite TV, WC, the elevator machine room, a fully equipped and organized management office, a video surveillance system, a fully equipped kitchen (with cutlery, plates, pots, pans, refrigerators, freezers, additional work surfaces, frying pans, electric ham slicer, electric stove and gas stove, barbecue and a storage room for dry goods).
The entire building is equipped with a fire alarm system, cable smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
The communal outdoor area includes a pool bar with tables, chairs, and bar stools. It is fully equipped with an espresso machine, breakfast coffee machine, juicer, refrigerators, juice blender, multi-function blender, electric coffee cutter, ice cube and ice cream freezer, shelves and cabinets, a bain-marie, and a chopping board. Adjacent to the pool bar is a small garden with a lawn, a playground, and a wooden hammock. There is also a large, three-tiered garden with trees and flowers.
The pool area includes a 70 m² swimming pool with a separate children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, side tables and hot and cold water showers.
Next to the building is a 960 m² plot of land which is not buildable, but can be used for various purposes, for example as an event space.
The property is very well maintained and is renovated every year.
Stalos, on the coast of Chania, is one of the most popular seaside resorts in the north of the department. Its long sandy beach is known for its crystal-clear water.
