Outside, the complex features a private courtyard with winding paths leading to the highest point of the complex, where the parking lot is located. From this point, the platform, the entire complex, the village of Selia, and the sea are visible.
In addition, an additional building can be constructed in the complex, since the maximum structure of the property has not been covered.
