Peri is a very small village in southern Crete. The quiet area offers a breathtaking view of the Messara plain. From here you can take wonderful walks and hikes to gorges and remote mountain villages. The next larger town, Mires, is about 6 km away, and the capital, Heraklion, is about 50 km away.
