Beautiful two-story four-bedroom house in Armenoi village, just 7 minutes drive from Kalyves beach and 20 minutes drive from Chania city center.
On the same property we have two different buildings, a one-room apartment on the ground floor, a detached house that needs to be renovated and in the attic there is another renovated to the floor and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and one of the Bedroom contains.
The main house across the two floors is 120 m² and the second house at the front is approx. 50 m².
The stairs take you to the small courtyard, which is currently equipped with garden furniture and overlooks the white mountains.
On the ground floor through the entrance we have a living room with a fireplace and an open space with a large fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a separate entrance with a small balcony.
On this floor there is a small storage room and a spacious Ilex bathroom with a large bathtub and incredible finishes. The ground floor bedroom contains a double bed with a 3-door built-in wardrobe.
There are two further double bedrooms on the modest floor. A double bedroom which currently contains a sofa bed and a 4 door built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a master bedroom which can accommodate a king size bed and currently has a double bed and an additional lounge seating area. This room has two balconies with beautiful views of the White Mountains.

The last bedroom in the attic of the house, accessed via a wooden staircase onto a mezzanine, has space for a small storage room above the stairs and a double bed. The village of Armenoi (Armeni) has several springs and is very rich in water. Avocados, oranges and olives are cultivated here. The architecture and history are also impressive. It lies in the foothills of the White Mountains, 16 km east of Chania and 3 km inland from Kalyves on the north coast of the island, amidst the fertile farmland of the Apokoronas. From the old village square, past some beautifully restored houses, there are many lovely walks to take along the streams and hills. There is an excellent butcher shop, a pharmacy, a mini market and a few cafes and taverns that attract tourists and locals.
